Online marketing book and consultation giveaway

Blog a Week and 102 Tweets When talking to people about utilizing blogs and social media for their business or nonprofit, I frequently hear, “I know I should be doing it, but have no clue what I’d write about.”

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone! Earlier this year I published two books aimed at helping you overcome that issue. Now we’re giving away a few copies of those online marketing books.

Blog a Week

We tend to work with clients who wear many hats, not just online marketing. When it comes to blogging for business, the most often that type of person can reasonably expect to blog is weekly.

To that end, Blog a Week has 52 weeks of blogging topics that can be applied to just about any business or nonprofit. Each of the weekly topics includes both a description of how to apply each topic to your world, as well as one or more of the following:

  • Example Titles
  • Brainstorming Activities
  • To-Do Items
  • Resource Links

102 Tweets

For those same people that wear many hats, it can be a challenge to come up with something to say every day on social media websites like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+. While paying for Facebook management and similar services may make sense for some, it doesn’t for others.

For those people, I came up with a similar concept for social media. In 102 Tweets, I share 102 ideas for social media updates. And because tweets and status updates are so much shorter than blogs, I was able to also include 102 examples as well.

The Giveaway

On October 28, 2014, I had a book signing at Full Circle Books in Oklahoma City. People that came were able to pick up a copy of both 102 Tweets and Blog a Week, and get them signed while they were there.

If you couldn’t make it, I don’t want to leave you out. So we’re giving away some signed copies. Not only that, but one lucky person will actually receive our new Online Marketing Check-up.

  1. Social media in my company’s industry seems like it is in the infancy stage still. We are attempting to expand our social media reach. Much of the social media strategy I’ve examined is (to me at least) very rudimentary and disengaging. I think both of Tim’s books would be extremely valuable for us as a tool for developing and refining an effective social media strategy.
