Search is the primary discovery method for businesses these days. When everyone has a smartphone in their pocket that they can use to look up a business quickly and efficiently, especially with the rise in voice search, Google looks like it’s only going to continue going up.
Google’s usage statistics indicate it’s constantly going up. And technology literacy is growing, especially as younger customers get older. Demographics change, and you don’t want your business to fall behind.
